In search of fake car parts

An eight minute documentary offering a rare glimpse into the scale and complexity of the world of counterfeit car parts.

Audi brand protectors Serhyi Jewtymowycz and Alex Theil comb the Chinese capital, Beijing, looking for fake car parts and their manufacturers. In China alone, Audi has confiscated counterfeit parts worth almost $290 million in recent years.

The pair take on the dangers on taking on the forgers, following leads around the country as criminals attempt to stay one step ahead.
